أقيم في تورنتو اليوم معرض لمستلزمات الإعراس بعنوان Total Weddings show شارك فيه عدد كبير من الشركات الكندية المختصة بأحدث تجهيزات حفلات الأعراس والمناسبات الأخرى ، وقد تعددت المشاركات بين مصففي الشعر ومحلات البيكري ومحلات التصوير والديكورات وكل ما يخص هذا المجال الجميل ،

وغصت قاعة المعرض بالزوار وخاصة مسرح عارضي وعارضات الأزياء الذين قدموا موديلات جديدة مميزة لأطقم الزفاف والمليكان ، وعرضت كبرى الشركات الكندية من مختلف الجاليات منتجاتها والتي كان من ابرز ها The bay ، Tip Top ,وكبرى شركات الليموزين والماكياج .

أما على الصعيد العربي فقد شاركت في هذا المعرض الكبير عدة شركات عربية مميزة في هذا المجال وهي شركة Majestic Decor الأصدقاء الأعزاء و Cake house Desserts بأدراة السيدة زينب مرجان ، وشركة Shather Rose بأدراة السيدة روز الاراجي شركة Babylon للتصوير وخدمات الاعراس ، والذين قدموا الدعوة للجاليا ميديا لتغطية هذا الحدث مشكورين ، ممثلين المشاركة العربية بأحدث تصاميم القاعات والكيك والذي قدموا نماذجه المميزة ، بالإضافة إلى شركة بابل للتصوير وخدمات الأعراس .

الجالية ميديا ممثل الإعلام العربي الوحيد في هذا المعرض اذ يتقدم بالشكر للسيد هدير رجل الأعمال العراقي لدعوته المميزة لنا ولكامل طاقمه الذي كان يرافقه في هذا الحدث ، ونقول لهم شكرا لاستقبالنا ونأمل التواصل المستمر

Calculating how much cake to make

I often get asked this question: how can I be sure that I’ll have enough cake: I always err on the side of having too much cake. Leftovers are easy to dole out, and people are compelled to return for seconds when the cake tastes good. Ultimately, you never want someone to be left with and emply plate because there was a run on the cake. Too much cake is better than not enough, but let’s be real: a sheet cake for 30 looks ridiculous at an intimate gathering of 8, so some thoughtful planning is necessary.

It’s Leena Gupta I just wanted to say thank you for the Red Velvet Cake, because it was Amazing! The taste was great and unique and the changes that you made to the icing for me was perfect. The cake is finished and I wanted to let you know that I will for sure being using you again for the next cake that I need, most likely for my cousin’s baby shower, with more notice this time of course.
